My neice had a new baby daughter, what are the traditions? pass out cigars? Where can I go to a website that may tell about traditional things to do ? How to celebrate this event ?

    The baby would be appropriate think the whole passing out cigars thing is much older tradition havent seen or heard of anyone doing that myselfaside from old shows on television.
